2. Dust removal principle and dust removal

When the resistance rises to the value of _, the PLC control system of the host sends a dust removal signal (it can also be controlled by time setting, adjustable from 10 to 120 minutes), the 1 # branch branch pneumatic butterfly valve is automatically closed and the 1 # branch branch pneumatic disk valve is automatically closed. Then, the 1 # box_only pulse valve pulse cleaning starts, open for 0.1 seconds (the opening time is adjustable from 0.01 to 1 second), nitrogen is sprayed from the mouth of the bag through a blowing pipe, and the dust on the outer surface of the filter bag is in the pulse air flow. It was shaken down under impact vibration and fell into the lower cone ash bucket. After 7 seconds (adjustable from 1 to 99 seconds) _ only the pulse valve opens-step by step until the 14 pulse valves of the 1 # box all move once (cycle Adjustable number of times 1-5 times), let the dust settle after 10 seconds (adjustable from 1 to 300 seconds), then open the outlet pneumatic butterfly valve, and then open the inlet pneumatic butterfly valve, so that the 1 # box is cleaned Done, resume normal filtering operation. If for some reason a box is in overhaul or accident state, the program can be set to manual state, and the box will be skipped to continue working when the program is running.
During the entire cleaning process, the upper and lower limits of each pneumatic butterfly valve only serve as a display, indicating whether the valve is in the proper position and not as a necessary condition for the cleaning sequence.
2. Ash unloading When the dust in the box hopper is accumulated to the amount, the host PLC control system issues a command (now controlled by time, adjustable within 30 minutes to 6 hours). The hoist starts first, and the buried scraper runs after 5 seconds. After the buried scraper starts 5 seconds, the upper ball valve of the middle ash bucket opens. After 5 seconds, the impeller feeder starts, and the dust in the conical ash bucket falls into the middle ash bucket under the effect of the upper gas pressure. (During this period, the box ash bucket loose ash injection valve blows every 5 seconds. 1 time, opening time 1 second) When the ash of the box body accumulates ash to a small height (the opening time can be adjusted 1-5 minutes by time control), the upper impeller feeder stops running, and the ball valve is closed after 5 seconds (while the middle ash The dump valve of the bucket is also opened, and the harmful gas in the intermediate ash bucket is discharged to the high-altitude atmosphere through the main discharge pipe. At this time, the lower impeller feeder of the intermediate ash bin is started, and the dust of the intermediate ash bucket is passed through the scraper and then by the elevator discharge. After the star-shaped ash discharge valve at the lower part of the 1 # warehouse is operated for 5-15 minutes (time is adjustable, during this period, the loose ash injection valve of the intermediate ash warehouse is injected once every 5 seconds, and the opening time is 1 second) , Close the bleed valve. The impeller feeder stopped after 7 seconds. In this way, the ash unloading process of one cabinet is completed. After 10 seconds (time can be adjusted) _ only the bin unloading starts-step by step until _ all the bins are unloaded once.
For the sake of safety, the upper and lower limit switches of the upper ball valve not only play a role of indicating the position but also participate in the program operation, that is, after the ball valve moves to the corresponding position according to the instruction and the position travel switch sends out a position signal, the next motion program can be performed, otherwise The box will be cut off.
